That was just f'ing annoying. Is the point that Theo has money to spend and spends it? The Red Sox have nothing that the other mid to large market teams in baseball couldn't have if they did their jobs. Many of those teams in much larger markets than the Sox and have new stadiums with many more seats and 10 times the luxury suites. It shouldn't be forgotten that they've been playing by the same rules with the same resources as all those other teams since the beginning of the free agency era and, in fact, it's only since the new owners came that they capitalized on what was there, just like half of the teams in the league could do.
