I agree. There were a couple of people that were killed that had achieved the highest team honor in hockey, winning the Stanley Cup. May God bless their souls.

Stan Galiev tweets that the mother of Sergei Ostapchuk (Lokomotiv player) has died of a heart attack upon hearing the news.
I heard about this just before I left for work and I'm still numb by this news. I can't believe how many former NHL players are gone in one deadly accident.

Not a problem. Wish that the KHL wouldn't do what looks like an expansion draft to replenish the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl team this year. Would like for see the team take this year off and allow for all the grief and sadness to process before even thinking of putting a team out on the ice.
